Police Arrest Second Man in Murder Investigation

WORCESTER – Police have arrested a second person in connection with the shooting death of a 17-year-old juvenile at the Wendy’s restaurant at 500 Park Ave in Worcester on October 24.

Diomar Lopez Carrasco, 23, of Spencer, is in custody after being arrested on Saturday, November 21.

Carrasco faces charges of Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

As ThisWeekinWorcester.com reported, Messiah Amankwah, 18, of Worcester, was arrested by Worcester Police on Friday, November 20.

Amankwah faces a charge for Murder.
