Police Investigating Shooting on Piedmont St. in Worcester

WORCESTER - The Worcester Police Detective Bureau is investigating a shooting on Piedmont St. Sunday afternoon.

According to the Worcester Police Department [WPD], officers were dispatched to a Piedmont St. address around 2:20 PM on Sunday for a report of a shooting.

Officers found a 47-year-old male shooting victim. The man was given medical assistance and transported to a local hospital.
