Smashing things during a yoga class? Yes, it’s happening.

Smashit2 brings to you the long anticipated $M@$H!T Yoga for six weeks of classes. Sessions are taking place from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, September 27.  Each session begins at 7 PM.

$M@$H!T Yoga gives participants an outlet to release frustrations in a safe and accepting environment. Smashit2 is Central Massachusetts’ only Smash Room. It’s a fun first-time experience and a great way to relieve stress.

Instructor Sarah Kaye said, “The music is fun, and we are loud. We ‘work it out’ and ‘let it go.’ At the beginning of your class, write your worries on a glass or plate. At the end of the class, head into the smash room, throw it against the wall and let that sh*t go.”

$M@$H!T Yoga will host the final class at Worcester Beer Garden and celebrate the end of series .outside on the Beer Garden’s pavilion.

Class is limited to six students during COVID-19. Pricing is $20 per person per class or $90 per person for the entire six-week series. More classes will be offered with increased interest.

Call to reserve your spot at 774-415-1748. For more information, contact Darcy Cook at 774-415-1748 or email [email protected].
