Snowball Cookies

This delicious dessert recipe is submitted by the Arvizu family.

• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 2 sticks soft butter
• Confectioner’s sugar

Directions:

1. Mix flour, butter, vanilla and walnuts together to form the dough
2. Roll into balls (about an inch or so — you can use a cookie scoop to keep them uniform in size)
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, before they turn brown.
4. After they’ve cooled, roll in confectioner’s sugar
