SPENCER – On Friday, the Spencer Police Dept. executed a search warrant on Bixby Road and arrested two individuals on multiple heroin and cocaine charges.
According to the Spencer PD, Kamiel M. Rivera, 23, and Joel H. Sierras, 34, were arrested at 19 Bixby Rd. Apt 36.
Police seized over one-half kilo of uncut cocaine along with heroin, scales, plastic bags and cash.
Rivera and Sierras were booked and transported to East Brookfield District Court for arraignment. They are being charged with Trafficking in Cocaine; Distribution of Cocaine; Distribution of Heroin and Conspiracy.
The Spencer PD was assisted by officers from Auburn, Charlton, Leicester and Southbridge Police Departments along with the CEMLEC – SWAT Team.
