Squash Pie
- 1/2 cup squash
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs beaten slightly
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoon cooking sherry
- Pie shell
Directions:
- Mix and pour into pie shell
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
