WORCESTER – Police arrested a local man on Thursday on drug trafficking charges.
A Worcester Police Officer assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) arrested Andrew Stanhope, 37, of Holden, at around 10:30 AM after an investigation.
According to the Worcester Police Department, Stanhope had possession of what they believed to be a large amount of cocaine and a smaller amount of fentanyl.
Stanhope faces charges of:
Trafficking in a Class B Substance over 200 Grams;
Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, and Resisting Arrest.
