WORCESTER – Massachusetts State Police (MSP) have added two men to its list of Most Wanted fugitives. One of the men is a suspect in an April 16 shooting on Ward Street in Worcester.

Jesse G. Ouellet, 37 years-old, is accused of having a physical confrontation with another man inside a convenience store on Ward Street in April. After the two men left the convenience store, Worcester Police Department’s investigation concluded that Ouellet shot the man in the stomach.

Another man, uninvolved in the confrontation between Ouellet and the victim, was struck by a stray bullet.

The weapon used in the shooting was never recovered. MSP warns that Ouellet should be considered armed and dangerous.

Ouellet is a white male standing 5’5” and weighing 160 lbs. He has a number of tattoos.  The warrant for his arrest includes charges of armed assault with intent to murder and related firearms related charges.

The other man added to the Most Wanted fugitives list is Saeed Y. Ali, 40. The warrant for his arrest includes charges for attempted murder and a number of motor vehicle related charges.

Ali is accused of hitting a family member of his ex-girlfriend with his car, then backing over the person and striking them a third time. That incident happened in West Springfield in July.
