Suspect Arrested and Facing 14 Charges of Vandalism for Spray Painting Shrewsbury St Properties

WORCESTER – A suspect has been arrested and is facing 14 charges of vandalism for spray painting more than a dozen Shrewsbury St businesses and residences back in late November.

According to a source with knowledge of the arrest, the name of the suspect has not yet been released, but the arrest was made on Thursday.

Just days before Thanksgiving, 14 properties along the length of both sides of Shrewsbury St were vandalized including Dell’Ovo’s Kitchen, the new CubeSmart self storage building, Porro’s Custom Interiors, a DPW fence next to the parking lot of InHouse Coffee and DCU, the DaVita Dialysis Center, Red Lantern Restaurant, Eden & Rafferty, RE/MAX Advantage, a WRTA bus shelter, several electrical boxes and several residences.
