WORCESTER – The Pie Store at Table Talk Pies will open in its new temporary location at 65 Green St. on Thursday, just blocks away from its former home near Kelley Square.
The Pie Store will be opening in the former home of Creegan’s Pub and Union Tavern, and more recently, Pregamers Sports Bar & Grill. The temporary pie shop is next to Mai Tai Bar and Sushi restaurant.
To celebrate its temporary move, the Pie Store will be doing “Throwback Thursday” prices, including three 4-inch pies for just $1 and all 8-inch pies for $2.
Store hours remain the same Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sundays 10 AM to 4 PM.
The former Table Talk Pies headquarters at Kelley Square was sold earlier this year and is currently being demolished to make way for the Table Talk Lofts housing unit.
The Pie Store was around the corner at 153 Green St. and is slated to reopen on the first floor of the Table Talk Lofts. The store expects to be in its temporary home at 65 Green St. for up to a year.
