A predicted clear beautiful weekend with temperatures in the 50’s should make your Open House tours very pleasant! We continue to see market activity increasing, and homes going under-agreement in record time. This week we see 40+ new listings, for Single Family Homes and Condominiums, more than double the number from last week! This is a great indicator of a strong early summer market, as many homebuyers and sellers sit on the sidelines waiting for inventory and some sense of a market “kick-off.” Let’s be honest, we’ve basically skipped spring, it just snowed again albeit barely so we’re looking at the prospect of an Early Summer market.
