SHREWSBURY – GoFundMe fundraiser asks for donations for a Shrewsbury Police officer recently diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer.
Brian Thibodeau, an 18-year-veteran with the Shrewsbury Police Department, recently received the diagnosis. Thibodeau is married with two children.
His costly treatment, scheduled to begin soon, will include chemotherapy and radiation. The funds will help his family with medical bills, treatment costs, and the gap in the family budget as Thibodeau misses work during his treatment.
