WORCESTER – Police in Worcester, conducting surveillance on Chalmers Rd. in response to resident complaints, arrested two individuals for drug-related charges on Tuesday, March 9 at around 5:30 PM.
Police witnessed visitors pulling up to a local residence and hand-to-hand transactions taking place. The individuals involved in the transactions eventually got into a vehicle and drove away.
Officers stopped the vehicle near Pleasant St. and Park. Ave.
Patrick Butts, 30, was driving the vehicle with a revoked license.
Police found packaging materials and different type of prescriptions pills including Oxycodone, Xanax, Suboxone, and Adderall inside the vehicle.
Neither Butts nor the passenger, Maritza Gomez, 25, had a prescription for the pills.
Butts faces charges of:
- Operating with a Revoked License
- Conspiracy to violate 94C Laws
- Possession with intent Class B (Oxycodone)
- Possession with intent Class B (Adderall)
- Possession with intent Class E (Alprazolam)
- Possession with intent Class D (Marijuana)
- Possession Class B (Suboxone)
- No Inspection Sticker.
Gomez faces charges of:
- Permitting unlicensed Operator
- Conspiracy to violate 94C Laws
- Possession with intent Class B (Oxycodone)
- Possession with intent Class B (Adderall)
- Possession with intent Class E (Alprazolam)
- Possession with intent Class D (Marijuana)
- Possession Class B (Suboxone).
