2 Hour DELAY: Worcester Schools Will Start Late on Wednesday

WORCESTER – Following a snow day on Tuesday, Worcester Public Schools will have a two-hour delay on Wednesday morning, Dec 18.

Due to weather conditions, namely the possibility of icy roads and sidewalks following periods of freezing rain on Tuesday evening, schools will start late.

According to WPS, there will be no AM preschool and Head Start, but PM preschool and Head Start will start at the regular time. Administrative Offices will be open.

Due to the inclement weather, there will be a 2 hour delay on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. There will be no AM WPS pre-school & no part-day AM Head Start. PM preschool and Head Start will start at regular time. Any changes will be made at 6am tomorrow. @TweetWorcester pic.twitter.com/4l3JIDRlAN
