WORCESTER – Two individuals sustained gunshot wounds Wednesday, July 22 in the area around 709 Main St.
Worcester Police responded to a call reporting shots fired around 1:30 PM.
When police arrived at the scene on Main St. they learned from witnesses that one man had already left to go to a local hospital.
The hospitalized man suffered serious injuries in the shooting. Officers located a second shooting victim at the scene on Main St. The second individual sustained injuries that are not expected to be life threatening.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
