“Your place, your pace” will begin at 10:30 AM — allowing participants to begin their remote walk or run from their location of choice. No specific mileage is required. Photos and videos should be shared to social media platforms on or before Sunday. Be sure to tag @umasscancerwalk in your posts.
To date, $373.7k has been raised towards the cause. Supporters wishing to donate or start a fundraiser can do so at umasscancerwalk.org.
Proceeds from the virtual walk and run support adult and pediatric cancer research, care, and clinical trials of potentially lifesaving treatments happening at UMass Medical School. For further inquiries please contact [email protected] or visit the event’s FAQ page.
