WORCESTER – UMass Memorial Medical Center (UMMMC) seeks proposal for funding for non-profit organizations serving Worcester, Grafton, Shrewsbury, and West Boylston in Healthcare and Public Systems Navigation, Mental Health, and Housing.
UMass seeks to fund organizations which aim to support local community-based organizations that presently engage, or are looking to engage in, efforts to address the selected priority areas through a Policy, Systems, and Environmental change approach, as well as programs and projects that serve community members through health and social programming and supports.
The program is now accepting applications through Jan. 12, 2024.
