‘Unsolved: Worcester,’ a Cold Case, True Crime Podcast Series, Launches Oct. 18

WORCESTER – A true crime, cold case podcast series exploring the dozens of unsolved murders and missing persons cases currently under investigation by the Worcester Police Department is launching this fall.

From the founder of ThisWeekinWorcester.com, “Unsolved: Worcester” is a series of narrative episodes airing every Tuesday and Thursday over six 10-episode series starting on Oct. 18. The episodes have an average run time of 25 minutes.

The unsolved cases to be featured on the podcast date as far back as the early 1950s.

The podcast is hosted by actor, stuntman, writer and director Dan Yeager. The show is being produced by ThisWeekinWorcester.com’s Pat Sargent.

Each episode will be accompanied by a trailer and video program highlighting each victim, where the murders took place or where the missing person was last seen, and other locations important to the case. The videos will feature exclusive aerial views of Worcester from New England Sky Pix.

The first episode will be available starting Oct. 18 on iTunes, Spotify and other podcast streaming services. Accompanying videos will be available on the show’s website and on YouTube.
