WORCESTER – Residents are expected to start moving into the lofts at the former Worcester County Courthouse this month.
The former courthouse closed more than a decade ago after it was replaced by the new Worcester County Courthouse down the street in 2008.
Boston development firm Trinity Financial was signed on to redevelop the courthouse in 2017 and began working in 2019 on redeveloping the site.

The project is valued at $53 million, financed primarily with historic tax credit equity, private debt, and other sources.
There are now 118 loft units, a fitness center, game room, pet spa and more amenities in the 218,000-square-foot building. There are studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units available.
One-bedroom units start at $1,750 per month. For more information, click here.
