WORCESTER – BubbleBee Café is creating a buzz with their homemade BubbleBee Waffle desserts.

Owner Tony Tran noticed Worcester missing this incredible dessert and decided to introduce waffle cone treats on the East Coast.

“The trend is popular on the West Coast, but it originated in Taiwan. I noticed Worcester is missing this tasty treat and so we introduced it along with our bubble teas. It pairs very well with all the drinks we offer,” said Tran.

The waffle cone desserts are made fresh upon ordering and you have many options on how you want to eat them.

“We make waffle mix daily and bake them upon orders so it’s hot and crispy,” Tran said.

The waffle cones are offered with three different ice cream flavors — vanilla, chocolate, and cookies n cream. They’re topped with whipped cream, fruit, candy, nuts and chocolate and caramel sauces.

Tran has many more treat ideas that they want to add to the menu in the future. Not only do they do dine-in, they also do curbside pickup.

BubbleBee Café is located inside the Worcester Public Market at 160 Green St. Check out their menu here.
