WORCESTER – Worcester Community Housing Resources [WCHR] is offering assistance to those who are having trouble making rent or mortgage payments because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The program is made possible through a grant from the Worcester Together Fund.

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • Reside in Worcester County
  • Be behind on housing payment due to COVID-19 [job loss, reduced hours, etc.]
  • Have income below 120% of average median income.

Applications can be requested by emailing [email protected].

Funds are limited and granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and only completed applications will be accepted.

The mission of WCHR is to create and preserve affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate-income households and to initiate and support neighborhood revitalization throughout Worcester County.
