The “BombCyclone” puts a damper on Saturday OH traffic, Sunday is the day to go. Here’s 5 great properties to check out.

When viewing homes in days following such an aggressive storm be sure to keep a keen eye out for water penetration and damage. High winds can cause roofing “shingle lift” and drive water inward, and while this doesn’t necessarily mean the roof is bad you’ll want to keep an eye out. I was in a home today that actually had water damage along an inside wall due to the storm, and the homeowners of nearly 15 years had never had water intrusion. Bad storms give us a good example of where we can do a little “fix-up” to our properties to ensure future weatherproofing and good maintenance.

As always, there’s something for everyone here! Visit these 5 great open houses, ask questions, get to know the Realtor®, and see what’s on the market. Thanks for reading! – Allen
