Are you feeling tired after a long work week? Why go out this weekend? Stay cozy this Saturday and Sunday by staying in!

ThisWeekinWorcester.com has a list of five virtual events that will make you excited to be home! Recharge your batteries and relax by joining in virtual fun all weekend long.

Tune your instruments for a musical weekend!

This Saturday from 1 PM to 1:30 PM, Worcester Music Academy is holding a Live Guitar Lesson Q & A on Facebook.

During this free event, guitar teachers, Eric L’Esperance and Derid Peguero, will share their experiences playing the guitar and they will answer any questions that you may have about the instrument. All attendees will receive a special offer for guitar lessons at the end of the session.

Become a museum-goer from the comfort of your own couch!

Take a virtual tour of Vincent Van Gogh’s artwork this Sunday from 2 PM to 4 PM.

I Love Art Tours 2021 is sponsoring this virtual tour that will allow you to see the events in Van Gogh’s life that led him to become the famous impressionist artist we know today. Your guide, Kitty, will not only show Van Gogh’s paintings, but also personal letters, sketches, and facts about the artist.

Make your home a concert arena!

Turn up the volume to all your electronic devices as you prepare for a virtual concert experience. This Sunday at 7 PM, the Bearsville Theater is presenting American Idol 2019 Finalist: Madison VanDenburg. Lionel Richie was “speechless” at this pop powerhouse’s vocals, so grab a ticket before they sell out. General Admission for the show is $16, and a ticket with a signed photograph is $24.

Whisk yourself away to a magical world this Sunday!

You may still be waiting for your Hogwarts letter, but this Sunday from 12 PM to 2:30 PM you don’t need a formal invitation to take a Virtual Harry Potter Location Tour in the United Kingdom.

Ticket prices range from $24 to $40 and you can tour locations in Edinburgh that inspired J.K. Rowling as she created Harry Potter, witness a fantastic magic show, and receive magic lesson from an award winning magician.

Escape from the same old routine!

Take your game night to a new level with ThingstodoDC.com’s Virtual Escape Room – Escape from the 1980’s.

Channel your competitive spirit this Saturday from 8:30 PM to 11 PM as you and your team find clues, crack codes, and play a series of 80’s themed games. Study up on your 80’s knowledge and purchase a $14 ticket to a night decades in the making!
