This Saturday and Sunday mark the first weekend of April and Easter! Start the new month with springtime fun and find local events for the holiday with ThisWeekinWorcester.com’s list of safe and enjoyable activities for the weekend.

Share memorable moments this weekend with your family dying eggs, watching movies, and eating tasty meals!

Don’t let this weekend drive by fast and furiously!

Hit the brakes this weekend and enjoy a full day at Mykonos Cafe in Millbury for their Cars and Coffee Cruise In.

Fuel your body with coffee and your passion for cars this Saturday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Evviva Trattoria in Marlborough is serving up a great time this Saturday!

Enjoy a safe and fun dining experience at their patio kick off party!

Between 1 PM and 4 PM, celebrate the start of outdoor dining with delicious food, half priced appetizers, and live music. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

Treat your children to Easter fun!

Load the family into the car and drive down to 119 E Central Street in Franklin for an Easter Egg Painting event.

From 5 PM to 6:30 PM, you and your family can listen to stories, dance, and paint eggs with a princess. Tickets are $35 per child, but parents are free. Only 10 children will be permitted to this event.

Are you missing the beach?

You can imagine yourself on the warm sand at The Art Lab and Gallery’s Sea Glass Windows class.

This Saturday from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, come to the studio in Auburn and creatively decorate a window with sand, seashells, colored glass and more! Tickets range from $12 to $70, depending on the size of the selected pane, and they include all necessary materials.

The big screens are back in business!

Join the Mendon Twin Drive-In Theater this Saturday and Sunday for opening weekend!

They will be playing newly released movies starting at 6 PM. Screen one will be showing Godzilla vs. Kong and screen two will be featuring Tom and Jerry. Tickets are $30 per car.
