Fall is in full swing! Make the most of October this weekend.

Are you wondering how to spend your Saturday and Sunday? Get some ideas with ThisWeekinWorcester.com’s list of five weekend favorites.

Find fun all across Worcester! Appreciate the beauty of fall at Tower Hill Botanical Garden or take a class to learn a new skill!

Have fun at a fall festival!

The Auburn Fall Festival is Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, featuring vendors, pumpkin decorating, fall-themed games, food trucks and more.

The festival is taking place at Auburn High School. Live music will be provided by Tom Petty tribute band, Petty Larceny from 11 AM to 2 PM.

Share a fun day with the family at a craft fair!

This Saturday and Sunday, visit the New England Botanical Garden at Tower Hill in West Boylston for their 7th annual American Craft Fair. The fair will be held from 10 AM to 4 PM on both days, and it will feature 38 artisans talented in ceramics, jewelry, wood, metalworking, glass, mixed metals, painting, fiber arts, and more.

Entry to the fair is included with a general admission ticket, so you can tour the fair, and then walk the Botanic Garden’s 18 gardens, trails, and Enchanted Forest Fairy House exhibit.

Are you thinking about throwing holiday parties in the upcoming weeks?

Learn to be the host with the most! This Saturday at 4 PM, Brieutiful Boards is holding a Charcuterie workshop at the Days End Tavern in Oxford. Instructors of this class will teach you how to put together your own charcuterie board and cup. Each ticket includes 10” palm leaf platter and charcuterie cup, step-by-step guidance to create the arrangement, and locally sourced cheese and meat selections.

Bring your appetite and phone, so you can share your beautiful masterpiece on social media!

Scare yourself silly this Saturday!

Are you looking for a fright this Saturday night? Wander out to 1423 Hill Street in Whitinsville for their Sinister Circus Scary Trail Walk. From 7 PM to 9PM, walk through the woods and experience all your favorite carnival attractions and come out to play with all the clowns – if you dare!

This event is cash only. It is $15 for one person, but $10 if you donate a canned good.

Take out the cowboy boots!

This Sunday, the Hayloft Barn in Sturbridge is hosting Square Dancing lessons! Find a partner or come alone to a night of great music, socializing, and of course, dancing! The music selection is not just the fiddle and steel guitar that you may be thinking of; pop music from the 60’s to today’s hits will be played. This Sunday is the first night of lessons, and if you love it, sign up for a twelve week session! Each class is $10 per person.
