Get jazzy all weekend! 

From October 10 to October 12, the second annual Jazz Festival in Worcester is bringing music to the city. The weekend event features four events over the course of three days. 

Some highlights of Jazz Fest include Jazz Night at Redemption Rock with Peruvian guitarist, Carlos Odria Group and Friends, on Friday at 7 PM and Jazz Festival Day at the Worcester Common from 11 AM to 6 PM on Saturday.

Embrace the Halloween spirit at the Factory of Terror! 

Open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in October, the Factory of Terror on Grafton St. in Worcester is sure to haunt any thrill-seeker. 

The factory features five attractions in one location, including “Bloodworth Dungeon” and “3D Nightmare.”

Make your weekend magical! 

The Tower Hill Botanical Garden in Boylston is hosting their Autumn Spirits Weekend from Saturday to Monday. Tower Hill is highlighting the magic of Autumn with mystical creatures like fairies and elves. 

Attendees will be enchanted by several attractions, including a fairyland market, face painting by Faerie Tribe, a beer garden, and many more activities.

Celebrate the harvest season!

The 30th annual Harvest Festival in Sturbridge takes place this Saturday and Sunday at the Sturbridge Town Common. 

The fun begins at 10 AM Saturday morning and extends to 5 PM. The festival continues Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. Both days are packed with live music, magic shows, local crafters, specialty food vendors, a scarecrow competition and of course, farm fresh harvests. 

This event features free admission and free parking, so come on down and enjoy some family fun.

There is plenty to eat on Shrewsbury Street! 

The Taste of Shrewsbury Street is reprising in Worcester this Sunday for their second fall edition. With a purchase of a sticker for entry, attendees will be able to sample tasty treats from over 40 local eateries. 

The event runs from 2 PM to 6 PM and promises a full afternoon of food, live music, and block parties.
