Worcester Can Expect 11 Inches of Snow on Sunday Night

WORCESTER – Even though the calendar turned to March, and Spring is only weeks away, Mother Nature isn’t quite through dumping snow in the Worcester area.

Following Saturday’s early morning snowfall, Worcester residents will have to look ahead to early Monday morning as the National Weather Service [NWS] is predicting anywhere between seven to 11 inches of heavy snow to fall in the city beginning Sunday night.

The NWS has issued a Winter Storm Watch that’s in effect from 7 PM on Sunday, March 3 to 10 AM on Monday, March 4.

Chance of precipitation is 100% in the Worcester area on Sunday night.
