On Thursday, May 30, the firefighters union announced that they completed the final count of donations and have raised more than $23,500 during their “Fill the Boot” drive — surpassing last year’s totals.

All of the proceeds will go towards the MDA of Massachusetts.

In 2018, 1,500 IAFF Locals and more than 100,000 firefighters across the country raised more than $20 million for the MDA.
