WORCESTER – Vice Squad officers stopped a grey sedan on Mill Street around 10:35 AM on Tuesday, July 13, reportedly selling cocaine in the Main South area.
The driver, Tyveil Searcy, 25, of Worcester, had a large quantity of what appeared to be cocaine in his fanny pack, according to Worcester Police. Officers also discovered a loaded handgun in the vehicle. Police later determined the owner of the weapon reported it stolen.
Searcy faces charges of:
- Trafficking in Class B 37-99 grams
- Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
- Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card
- Improper Storage of a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm during Commission of a Felony
- Receiving Stolen Property
