WORCESTER – Ronald Hall, 46, of Worcester faces charges of Trafficking for Sexual Servitude, Kidnapping, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Deriving Support from Prostitution.

A Middlesex County Grand Jury indicted Hall on July 14. At a dangerousness hearing held on Thursday, August 20, he was ordered to be held without bail.

Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey’ Human Trafficking Division and the AG’s Gaming Enforcement Division conducted the investigation.

Authorities believe the evidence indicates Hall trafficked a victim for sex at Encore Casino in Everett and a hotel in Natick and facilitated sexual encounters between the victim and sex buyers.

Investigators also believe Hall received the majority of the money involved.

According to Healey’s office, they believe Hall also kidnapped another victim, attempted to traffic her for sex, and physically assaulted her. The victim later escaped.

Hall is due back in Middlesex Superior Court on Tuesday, September 8.
