WORCESTER – Officers with the Vice Squad, serving a search warrant on Palmer Street on Thursday, October 7, arrested a man who faces firearms and drug charges.
The target of the warrant, Komlan Paye, 21, of Worcester, left his residence and entered a vehicle. Officers conducted a traffic stop and detained Paye.
Inside the vehicle Paye was in, officers located a loaded handgun. Paye does not have a license to carry firearms.
Officers transported Paye back to his residence and executed the search warrant. Within the residence, officers located several bags they believe appeared to be cocaine and another handgun with ammunition.
Pay faces charges of:
- Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License
- Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm without an FID card
- Improper Storage of a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device
- Possession of Ammunition without FID card
- Armed Career Criminal (2nd level)
