WORCESTER – Police arrested a local man after he allegedly threatened with, then chased someone while wielding a knife.
Police responded to a report of a man threatening customers at McDonald’s, at 995 Main St., on Saturday, June 8, at around 3:30 AM
Officers arrived at the scene to learn the man was then chasing someone with a knife.
After locating the man, Raoul Slavin, 31, of Worcester, officers ordered him to stop. Slavin fled, but officers pursued and eventually removed a knife from his pocket.
According to the Worcester Police Department, the investigation led officers to believe Slavin threatened multiple employees with the knife, then left when they called police.
Slavin faces charges of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Disorderly Conduct.
