WORCESTER – The Worcester Police Department is investigating the fatal stabbing of a 34-year-old woman at a home on Lapierre St.
According to the WPD, officers were dispatched to the home around 10:30 PM for a report of a stabbing. When officers arrived, they found the female victim in a bedroom. She had been stabbed several times.
Officers provided medical aid to the woman and she was transported to the hospital by an ambulance. The woman was pronounced dead shortly after she arrived to the hospital.
There were no suspects arrested on the scene at Lapierre St. WPD expects to release more information on Thursday.
