WORCESTER – The Worcester Red Sox have sold its self-imposed cap of full 2,100 season tickets.

The Red Sox designed the limit to ensure that all fans have access to the most desirable seats at Polar Park. The team last sold season tickets during the week of March 8, ending at 2,158 tickets per game.

Fans who wish to register for the season tickets waiting list at woosox.com or by calling (508) 500-8888.

Half-season plans are on sale without a cap.

Single game tickets and group tickets will go on sale when more capacity limits are clear.

The Worcester Red Sox are currently scheduled to make their Polar Park debut on Opening Day, Tuesday, May 11, at 3:05 p.m. vs. the Syracuse Mets, the first of a 12-game homestand and a 60-game home season.

The team announced in February its full season schedule, with a home opener on April 7. In early March Major League Baseball announced that the start of the season for Triple-A season was delayed until May.

The Worcester Red Sox release an adjusted schedule the following day.
