Worcester is the Snowiest City in New England this Winter

WORCESTER – With a snowfall total that ranks 20th highest in the country, the city of Worcester is currently just edging out Manchester, New Hampshire as the snowiest city in New England.

According to data from GoldenSnowGlobe.com, as of March 11, Worcester has had a cumulative snowfall of 48.5 inches this winter — with Manchester (22nd in the country) getting 46.6 inches.

Following Manchester are five other New England cities in the Top 50 Snowiest in the Country — including Hartford (40.1 inches), Lowell (34.6), Providence (29.2), Boston (27.4) and Bridgeport, CT (24.6).
