Worcester Among Top 100 Best Places to Live in the U.S

Worcester ranked #53  in the Livability.com 2020 Top 100 Best Places to Live.

Livability.com is a website that explores what makes small-to-medium-sized cities great places to live. It produces proprietary research, articles, photography and video related to community amenities, education, sustainability, transportation, housing and the economy.

Worcester is described as:  “Located in the heart of New England, Worcester strikes an intriguing balance: It’s full of historic charm, but is also a modern hub for innovation.”

Other cities in New England listed in the top 100 include:

  • 4: Portland, ME
  • 24: Framingham, MA
  • 62: New Haven, CT
  • 71: Providence, RI

Livability.com ranked Fort Collins, CO, as the top place to live in the U.S. It was followed by Ann Arbor, MI and Madison, WI.

The last three in the top 100 were Alpharetta, GA, Jacksonville, FL, and Huntsville, AL.]
