Worcester’s Kindness Coalition Hosting Backpack Drive for Kids in Foster Care

WORCESTER – The Kindness Coalition of Massachusetts will be hosting a Backpack Drive on Sunday, April 8 at Higgins Armory to collect essential products for children in foster care.

The drive will take place from 2 PM to 5 PM and the goal of the Coalition is to fill 300 backpacks with blankets, gloves, diapers, socks, underwear, towels, toiletries, etc. All items donated must be brand new and in original packaging.

The event is kid-friendly and will feature face painting, card decorating, and other activities for children. Pizza will be provided for all attendees.
