Worcester Ranked Among Least Fun Cities in America, Again

WORCESTER – For at least the third year in a row, Worcester is ranked among the “least fun” cities in America.

To make matters worse, since 2017, Worcester’s ranking in WalletHub’s Most Fun Cities in America report has dropped — from #117 in 2017 to #153 in 2018 to #161 out of 182 cities in 2019’s report. 

According to the personal-finance website WalletHub, the average American spending nearly $3,000 on entertainment each year.

In order to determine the rankings of 182 cities, WalletHub compared each city across 66 metrics — ranging from fitness clubs per capita to movie costs to average open hours of breweries.
