WORCESTER – The Department of Sustainability & Resilience has launched a recycling and yard waste online survey for Worcester residents.

The results of the survey could inform potential improvements to scheduling and services at the drop-off center on Millbury Street and its satellite locations on Chandler Street and Clark Street.

The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and asks respondents how often they use the drop-off center, what services they use at the drop-off center, and what days and times are most convenient for them for the drop-off center to be open.

Survey findings will be analyzed by the city’s Zero Waste Master Plan consultant. The consultant and the Zero Waste Master Plan project, which is part of the FY25-29 Municipal Strategic Plan, is expected to start in early 2025.
