WORCESTER- The Worcester State University COVID-19 vaccination site will close on Thursday, June 10.

Over 83,000 doses of vaccine were administered at the site during nearly four months of operation. Vaccinations will take place at the site through its last day of operations.

The site has two clinics scheduled during its last week of operations, on Monday, June 7, from 1 PM to 4 PM, and on Thursday, June 10, from 1 PM to 4 PM. First and second doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine are available on both days. Individuals that receive a first dose on either of these days will need to report to an alternate location to receive the second dose in early July.

Commonwealth Medicine, the healthcare consulting and operations division of UMass Medical School, provided logistical support and staffing for the location. Saint Vincent Hospital provided clinical services and operations at the site.

Volunteers at the site contributed over 25,000 hours of time to site operations.
