WORCESTER – Worcester Police, working with the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, the US Marshals Service, and the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, arrested a third person in connection with a triple shooting on Clarkson Street on Sunday, April 7.
Officers saw Carter Webster, 18, walking toward a vehicle on Grafton Street. When he entered the vehicle, police converged on the vehicle.
Webster struggled with officers before being taken into custody. A handgun was located within his waistband.
Webster was arrested on a warrant related to the April 7 shooting, and faces new charges of:
- Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License (2nd or Subsequent Offense);
- Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm;
- Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device; and
- Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card.
Since the shooting that left two 18-year-old females and a 17-year-old male injured on April 7, Jordany Alejo, 19, of Worcester, and Levon Atupem, 23, of Holden, were also arrested in connection with the shooting.
