WORCESTER – The Worcester Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting on Thursday, Nov. 10, where it will consider an application for construction of an 18,100 square foot commercial building at 70 Gold Star Blvd.

The applicant, Parkingway Management LLC, registered in Jamaica Plain, proposes the site for food service, including a drive-thru, retail and professional office with 107 parking spaces.

Gallo Realty Co. is the owner of the property.

The location was the site of Volvo of Worcester, an auto dealership part of Patrick Motor Group. That store moved to 519 Washington St. in Auburn and is now Volvo Cars of Auburn. The Patrick Group’s Volkswagen dealership is at the same location.

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on Thursday at 5:30 PM at the Levi Lincoln Chamber, room 309, at Worcester City Hall. The meeting will be accessible through Webex or by calling (415) 655-0001 and using access code 160 884 7670.
