26-Year-Old Shooting Suspect Surrenders in Worcester

WORCESTER – A suspect in a March 4 shooting on Main Street turned himself in to police detectives in Worcester on Tuesday.

Police did not announce what charges Cristian Carrasquillo, 26, may face.

Police responded to a report of gunshots in the area of 2 Main St. at around 4:30 on March 4. Officers located an 18-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was transportated to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact the Worcester Police Department Detective Bureau through one of the following methods:
