WORCESTER – Candidates for Worcester City Councilor representing district four met on Monday night for a forum ahead of the preliminary election on Sept. 5. Early voting is now available at the Worcester Public Library.
Five candidates appear on the district four ballot for the seat being vacated by Councilor Sarai Rivera. The two candidates who receive the most votes in the preliminary election on Sept. 5 will appear on the general election ballot for the general election on Nov. 7.
The candidates participating in the forum, from left to right in the video below, are:
- Maria Montano
- Katia Norford
- Luis Ojeda
- Maureen Schwab
Ted Kosta also appears on the ballot, but did not participate in the forum on Tuesday.
