41-Year-Old Man Arrested for Worcester Commercial Break-In

WORCESTER – Police responded to a report of a break in at 427 Park Ave. at around 3:20 AM on Monday, leading to the arrest of a 41-year-old man.

According to the Worcester Police Department, the responding officer observed a back door that had been forced open and a man, Eduardo Duran, 41, of Haverhill, leaving the building while holding a pry bar. Duran allegedly tossed the pry bar and ran.

Officers eventually brought Duran to the ground and arrested him.

Duran faces charges of:

  •  Breaking and Entering during the Nighttime for a Felony;
  • Possession of a Burglarious Instrument;
  • Vandalism;
  • Trespass; and
  • Resisting Arrest.
