WORCESTER – A joint investigation of the Worcester and Somerset Police Departments led ot the arrsest of two men in Worcester on Thursday, May 10,
According to the Worcester Police Department, after a lengthy joint investigation, officers developed probably cause that multiple individuals from outside Worcester were trafficking drugs in the city.
At around 7 PM, officers stopped a Honda CRV near the corner of Edward Street and Earle Street. Inside the vehicle, they discovered what they believed to be fentanyl. Additional officers stoped a Lexus near East Central Street and Eastern Avenue.
The operator fo the CRV, Kori Fusaro, 33, of Fall River, and the driver of the Lexus, Luis Duarte-Santos, 30, of Braintree, were arrested and face charges of Trafficking in over 10 Grams of Fentanyl and Distribution of a Class A Substance.
