WORCESTER – The City of Worcester is asking for public comment on the Green Worcester Sustainability and Resilience Plan.

The plan aims to make Worcester one of the most sustainable and climate-resilient cities in America.

The Green Worcester Plan addresses a range of environmental issues ranging from Climate Change to Sustainability Education and Green Open Space, from Clean Water to Transportation and much more.

City Manager Ed Augustus said, “We owe it to our children and grandchildren to leave a legacy that says Worcester did not ignore climate change, but instead created a plan to tackle one of the greatest threats of our time.”
