WORCESTER – A search warrant served in Worcester on Tuesday led to the arrest of a man on drug trafficking charges.
Worcester Police Vice Squad officers entered a home on Lochwan Ave. on Tuesday at around 11:15 AM. Upon entering, the officers located and detained the resident, Norman Lambert, 53, of Worcester.
During the search, officers located what the Worcester Police Department described as a large amount of cocaine, various pills, and a white powder they believed to be fentanyl.
Lambert was arrested and faces charges of:
- Trafficking in Fentanyl over 10 Grams;
- Trafficking in a Class B Substance 37-99 Grams;
- Trafficking in a Class A Substance 18-36 Grams; and
- Possession of a Class A Substance with intent to Distribute.
