Search Warrant Leaves Worcester Man Facing Gun, Drug Charges

WOPRCESTER – A search warrant executed by the Worcester Police Department Vice Squad led to the arrest of a Worcester man on drug and gun charges on Wednesday, Jan. 17.

Officers reported to Bowdoin Street to execute a search warrant at around 6:40 PM and detained the primary subject of the warrant, Felix Maldonado.

Police arrested two additional individuals at the scene. Both had outstanding warrants for their arrest.

The search led to officers discovering what they believed to be cocaine, ammunition, firearm components, and packaging materials.

Maldonado does not have a Firearms Identification (FID) Card or License to Carry. He faces charges of:

  • Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute; and
  • Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card.
