Worcester Man Arrested for Westborough Break-In

WESTBOROUGH – An investigation by the Westborough Police Department led to the arrest of Pierre Glover, of Worcester, after a break-in in Westborough on Wednesday, October 7.

Westborough Police responded to a call of a breaking and entering in progress on Homestead Blvd. at around 1:30 AM. During the call, the resident on the call reported that the suspect, masked and dressed in dark clothing, was inside the apartment.

An altercation between the caller’s son and the suspect occurred. The son received bite wounds to the chest and thigh.

After the suspect fled the scene, Westborough Police received help from the Massachusetts State Police K9 unit, and support from Westborough Police’s drone unit. The suspect was not located.

The investigation revealed that the residents knew the suspect, Glover, who was arrested soon thereafter.

Glover faces charges of:

  • Armed Burglary
  • Assault & Battery
  • Mayhem
  • Wanton Destruction of Property
  • Malicious Destruction of Property.
